Modern marketing system training was given to 348 male and 197 Female second year students by ECX authority. The training covers topics like modern and traditional marketing, role of cooperatives in modern marketing, ECX function in different commodity marketing, role of Development Agent in the market etc. The training let the students to know more about Ethiopian commodity Exchange authority functions and its contribution for modern marketing. Besides, students told that, this kind of training will enable them to get deep insight about the role that cooperatives should play in the market to overcome market failures and to benefit producers.
